🌮 BREAKFAST TACOS: Add eggs and scramble together. Add bacon and potatoes and continue chopping on the stovetop. Take flour tortillas and warm them up in the oven. Place the scrambled egg mixture in the tortilla and top with white and yellow cheese mixture and pico de gallo. Roll it up and enjoy.

🌯: On the flat top grill, add fajita beef and allow it to grill. Take a large tortilla and add fajita beef. Add beans on top of beef. Add white and yellow cheese mixture. Fold it up, securing it with toothpicks. Place in the fryer under the frying basket just to make it crispy.

🍳 ENCHILADAS DE TEJAS: Take a corn tortilla and dip it in a chile ancho/water blend. Fry in oil at low/medium heat (you want to soften the tortilla, not fry it). Pat tortilla with paper towel to remove excess oil. Roll with desired filling inside (mix of American and cheddar cheese). Place in baking dish and cover with chile con carne, shredded cheese, add diced onions. Place in oven at 350 for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted throughout. If you’re feeling adventurous, top with a fried egg.

  1. Enchiladas in Mexico don’t have anything inside? Uh what? I’m Mexican, that’s not true. Mexican enchiladas have chicken inside. Either she’s lying about living in Mexico, or she had a very sad childhood lol. Also the Spanish name for beef, is bistec

  2. She lie Mexican enchiladas do have meat or cheese! I don’t know where she went to get a tortilla without anything inside! Mama Ninfa’s was my favorite Restaurant owner in Houston I always waited for her at the IAH Airport she was very generous big tipper” and she always gave me her business card and wrote in the back free dinner for 2 and I always went to her Restaurant’s showed her business card and my dinner was free of course I always leave a big tip for the waitress!!

  3. If you ever ate California Mexican food……… you would never eat nasty "texmex" again period… it's not even palatable.

  4. Some of the most delicious food I have ever had was in Villahermosa Mexico. This is a marriage of corn, tropical fruits and seafood. Indescribably good. Campeche Bay shrimp are sweet and salty- just mouth watering.

  7. These shows always go to restaurants with crappy reviews. I think the owners pay them to feature their restaurant! Ahhh Molinas…. I got my second worst case of food poisoning there over twenty years ago!
