🦐 SHRIMP CRACKERS: Pour flour water into a presser. Next, soak the shrimp in potato starch then place into the pressing machine for 1 minute. Serve when cooked.

🐟 BABY SARDINE CRACKERS (Shirasu Sembei): Pour blue flour water in a pressing machine. Next, add the baby sardines on and press for 1 minute. Serve when ready.

🐟 SHIRASU RICE BOWL: Add rice in the bowl and then vegetables, mayonnaise, sesame seeds and dried seaweed. Next, add boiled baby sardines, soy-sauced baby sardines and raw baby sardines in the bowl. Continue adding minced ginger, minced radish and minced spicy radish. Serve with shredded seaweed and yellow ginger.

🍔 SHIRASU BURGER: Heat the bun at 167ºC for 1 minute. Next, fry the shirasu chewy cake for 1 minute. Dip the shirasu cake in a bowl of soy sauce and dashi stork. Then, take the buns out, add wasabi, lettuce, shirasu cake, boiled shirasu and mayonnaise on the bun. Finally, put another bun on top and serve.

  1. Dry baby sardines are one of my fave things to put with rice.
    Put it on a saucer and put saucer on top of the rice in the cooker. Then when rice is done, add soy sauce and a little sesame oil. The use chopsticks to eat with the rice.

  2. I would like to visit this quaint, unique island. I love its historical architecture, and also the food that I would like to try. Sonny is never short of pretty, lovely ladies* co-hosts!

  3. Who ever is doing the sound design and composition for your channel is superb would love to know more bout it. Also great episode as always, makes me always eat twice as much when i watch your channel.

  4. 肘をテーブルについて箸を振り回しながら話す 最低 行儀が悪すぎて見てて嫌悪感を感じます。 日本人ではないのは理解してますがもし日本人の血が少しでも流れてて日本にすんでいるのでしたら、少しでもエチケットを学んでいただきたい。  お寿司は一口で食べてください。 これもマナーです。

  5. I would love to have her as a tour guide if i ever went to Japan….She's awesome and beautiful and she looks fun to be around and with a great sense of humor and personality i know for sure we'd all have a blast. A definite tour guide to look for!

  6. I wonder is it sustainable? Like sardines (grown up) are an important food source, and the big fishes Japanese love relies on sardines or these white baits too.

  7. Atleast isnt a poop soup anymore. sonny's foods sometimes always dangerous.
