  1. 1/ The Asiatic pennywort drink can lower your blood pressure, so if you have low blood pressure (like my sister), don't drink it or you might faint. Plus it must be dark green. People usually add sugar, coconut water, and even peanuts. 😀
2/ Artichoke can come either in leaf or flower form. The flower is much easier to drink but more expensive, whereas the leaves and the stems that come with them can be really bitter and cheaper to buy.
Other drinks you can try: Nước sâm (herbal drink made from various plants); sữa đậu nành (soymilk); cacao đá (iced cocoa); nước mía (sugarcane juice); dừa tắc (coconut and kumquat); chanh muối (salted lime); đá me (iced tamarind); soda chanh (lime soda); tea: trà tắc (kumquat tea), trà đào (peach tea), trà vải (lychee tea), trà sen (lotus tea), etc.; nước sả lá dứa (pandan leaf and lemongrass); smoothies (avocado with condensed milk, sapote with coffee powder, etc.); sâm bí đao (winter melon drink); nước nha đam (aloe vera drink), … ^_^

  2. I was hoping you'd do 10-20 drinks, but I can see where that would be impossible in one day. LOL!

  3. Enjoy your Drinks video Pierce, it's interesting…
The Yogurt drink looks good, I will check it out next time when I am in Vietnam, I love Rau Ma and the beer hoi that you had. Nice shirt and you looks refreshing now that you are back in Saigon.
